From the very start where everything was covered up to avoid damage until the very end the end where everything was cleaned up I felt like I was in good hands. The crew paid great attention to every detail and answered every question that I had about the process. Jimmy is the best - knowledgeable, personable, honest and very responsive to the homeowner. It would only take him a few minutes to respond to a phone call. I could not have asked for a better experience and would not hesitate to have them back again for another project. I didn't want to do it, but our siding needed to be replaced. I begrudgingly signed the contract and did not anticipate how this would change everything for the better. The team was thorough and very involved in the process. There was a lot of collaborating during the process, creating an end result that makes all the difference! JNO roofing far exceeded my already high expectations. Jim is very knowledgeable and is a straight shooter. I was in the unfortunate situation of having bought a home that had a fairly recently replaced roof, however it was not properly installed. I had several roofers provide estimates to both repair and replace. Weighing my options, I decided to go with a full roof replacement and ultimately ended up choosing Jim to do the work. Jim is reliable, honest, trustworthy, and ultimately just a good guy. He was able to work with me to find the best option that fit both my budget and my preferences. The morning of the install, his crew showed up on time and prepared. Originally tear off and install was scheduled for 1 day but it did end up going into the next day. I was happy the crew did not try to rush the job to get it done as quality is far more important to me. Jim did a final walk through with me and ensured I was satisfied with the job before final payment was taken.
